Thank you for 25+ years of support for international shipping!

However, due to new & ongoing changes with tariffs & customs, we can only ship physical games within Canada. But you can still enjoy instant access to our printable versions! (If you are located outside of Canada, we are currently working with companies to license the production and distribution of the games internationally)

 

Timelines for Shipping

We aim to have your games shipped to you within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. We use Canada Post and UPS as our shipping partners.

Returns:

Sound Readers Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sound Readers games!

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Games must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Return Your Games:

• Notify Us First:
  Email us at support@soundreaders.ca to report your intention to return.

• After we approve your return, mail the games to the following address:

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned games, we’ll process your refund for the cost of the games (minus shipping).

 

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right!
Contact us immediately at support@soundreaders.ca. We’ll arrange for a replacement set to be shipped to you right away, at no additional cost.
Tip: For a quick resolution, please provide photos of the damaged product when reaching out!
